The family heritage of Paige Engineering, LLC began in 1969 with a company focus on structural engineering, forensic analysis, and the development of computer programs to advance engineering design by its founder. Today, as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), we honor that legacy of structural excellence—now complemented by a new generation of licensed professional engineers (PE) and certified construction managers (CCM) delivering field-driven inspection, materials testing, and construction oversight for critical infrastructure projects, developments and programs across Houston and the surrounding region.

Our heritage of precision through use of technology guides every project we undertake—from transportation and transit to education and healthcare. We leverage advanced technology to operate a “NASA-like” mission control room—integrated with our AASHTO/A2LA-accredited laboratory and rigorous inspection protocols—to deliver durability, quality assurance, and full regulatory compliance for our public and private clients.

Construction Inspections

PAIGE inspectors are trained in utility, paving, foundations, and ICC building components. PAIGE Inspectors utilize proprietary inspection forms and databases to collect and enter data consistently in accordance with TxDOT, City of Houston, Harris County, HCFCD, Port of Houston, and Airport standard specifications. PAIGE has a standard daily report that each inspector is trained in collecting along with the minimum photos required to meet PAIGE internal inspection requirements for each day’s work.

PAIGE has the experience of navigating the complexities of major corridor infrastructure projects in excess of $1B. We support implementation of quality assurance plans, development of technology infrastructure to manage the program, project controls, and supporting federal reporting requirements.

PAIGE engineers utilize technology to develop, maintain, and track progress on large-scale infrastructure programs. Our foundation in construction management allows our engineers to take our field experience and apply them to developing essential digital infrastructure to track program progress. PAIGE utilizes a custom scheduling website for its customers to allow ease of scheduling from anywhere or anytime. PAIGE maintains a non-conformance log and a project dashboard for each project allowing the client to see data real-time as information is populated into the project files.

PAIGE provides accredited testing with certified technicians for soils, aggregate, asphalt, grout/mortar, and concrete materials in accordance with AASHTOR18. We have customized an automated and proprietary database to make our lab calibrations, proficiency program, and our laboratory sample administration efficient to allow us to spend more time providing results timely.

Special Inspections

PAIGE provides special inspection through ICC certified inspectors and professional engineers. PAIGE is a registered special inspector with the City of Houston. PAIGE preforms special inspections for soils, reinforcement, concrete, steel, steel bolting, post-tensioning, welding, CMU, cold-form metal framing, reflective ceilings, drilled shafts and more.

PAIGE takes a practical approach to civil and geotechnical engineering to support design engineers, contractors and owners navigate the complexities of public projects.
